May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
2 Corinthians 13:14 NIV
The above is known as the 'Trinitarian Benediction,' a Christian blessing noting the Father, Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit.
Order speaks to priority. It is noted by the apostle Paul accordingly:
Christ's Grace
God the Father's love
The Spirit's communion
It blesses believers with salvation, relationship and spiritual unity.
The order reflects how Christians experience God, through Jesus's grace, which is made possible by the Father's love, leading to fellowship with the Spirit.
Wherever there is order, there is reason. By considering potential reasons for the order, we can answer the question, 'Why did they say it like that?'
